Mrs. Barbara Ann Weaver was born on August 18, 949, in Texarkana, TX, to the late Johnnie Mae Smith and Robert Sterling. She departed this life on Friday April 29. 2022, at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, TX.

Barbara was a graduate of Dunbar High School Class of 1966. She was a cheerleader, loved to dress to impress, and loved being a Queen Diva!! She always kept her personal standards up so whenever she was seen, she had her hair and nails done. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church where the members would always be wondering, "I wonder what outfit she is going to wear today?" , cause she never wore an outfit twice.
