Carmella Hall was born June 24, 1982 in Texarkana, Texas. She was called home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on February 21, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. She was a supervisor with GPM Investments for 14 years.

Carmella was a member of the Oak Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Nolan J Flowers IV.

She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Etoyi Hall of Texarkana, TX; children, Courtlyn Franklin, Diamond Franklin, Landon Hall and Ayden Hall all of Texarkana, TX; goddaughter, Zanyla Sanders of Texarkana, TX; brothers, Brandon Webster and Deondrey Aldridge of Texarkana, TX, Demetrius McCool of Chicago, IL and Qwintorius Tatum of Texarkana, AR; sister, Chakeeia Brooks of Texarkana, TX; grandparents, Mildred & Earnest Briggs and Ruthie & Gerald Brooks and Jessie Young all of Texarkana, TX; mother, Ann Franklin; father, Grallen Brooks; step-father, James Flowers; mother & father-in-law, Virginia & Johnny Hamilton; brothers-in-law, Randy Shavers and Ervin Hall; sisters-in-law, Sheree McCool, LaDeana Hall and Jameka Webster.
