Mr. Charles Edward Richardson was born January 13, 1953, in Texarkana, Texas, to the parentage of Bennie Richardson and Clovis Richardson. He graduated from Texas High School (Dunbar) in 1971. He retired from Smith Blair after 45 years of dedicated service. Charles was a loving and devoted husband and father.

On Friday, June 26, 2026, Charles peacefully transitioned from labor to reward. He was preceded in death by his parents Bennie and Clovis Richardson; brothers, Vernon Richardson, Benjamin Richardson, Willie Mack, and Brooks Richardson; sister, Clovis Jean Gilbert; and beloved son, Delvin Richardson.

He leaves to cherish his memory:
