Daron Lewis Conkleton aka "DC" was born December 17, 1967 in New Boston, Texas.

A true light in any room, and a guaranteed get-crunching laugh is what you got any time this guy was in your presence. If you wanted to hear a good story ... this guy had them, bountifully. Pictures were painted when this guy spoke. The narration was so vivid and full of clarity that it made you believe you could see it ... like you were there. What a joy to have experienced any moment in time with this guy. If we're being honest, this guy was more than just a guy though. He was a great guy, an amazing soul, a go getter, a dreamer, a storyteller ... a true Cowboy!

Accomplishments and accolades are a given when mentioning "DC!"

Fresh out of high school, he enlisted into the United States Army: short term due to an "Honorable Medical Discharge."

Life went on and some times afterward DC became a father which is believed to be one of his greatest accomplishments.

DC was definitely no bum and no stranger to "getting out in the mud." He held various jobs, as many as two or three at a time (RRAD being one for many years). With that, he branched into entrepreneurship, at a time having complete ownership of "D's Luxury Detail" which was and auto shop right here in TX. Let's not forget the bbq shop.

Like some of us, he's experienced many other beautiful thingsin life such as marriage, good fortune, FUN, love, respect, and appreciation. Today we celebrate his Life and Legacy. This is not goodbye, but we shall see each other again.

Daron "DC" departed his life on January 22, 2025.
