Dora Lynn Williams was born June 8, 1961 in Texarkana, Arkansas to the late Jo'Ella Welch and James Hardy, Sr. Lynn was a graduate of Arkansas Senior High. She loved caring for others. She had many nursing positions in Arkansas. She later married and moved to Ashland, Ohio where she resided for years. Her job relocated her to Arlington, Texas where she continued her nursing career until her health declined.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband Robert Williams, Sr.; her daughter Patsy Cleveland; her stepdaughters Chantay Williams and LaTonya Williams; her stepson Robert Williams, Jr., her sister Lisa Lindsey (Booker T.); her brothers James Hardy, Jr. (Carol), Donnie Hardy, Joseph Hardy (Angela), Glen Hardy (Denise), Larry Musgrove and Johnny Hardy (Lynda), eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
