Dorothy Joyce "Dot" Sanders, 74 of Texarkana, Texas passed away at her residence on Saturday, October 24, 2020 with her family at her side. Mrs. Sanders was born June 8, 1946 in Texarkana, Texas. She was a proud member of St. John Baptist Church in Texarkana, Texas.

She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law: Carl Jr. and Teresa Sanders of Canton, Texas; Tracy and Sharmaine Sanders of Arlington, Texas and Terry and Alice Sanders of Grand Prairie, Texas.

Services will be Saturday, October 31st at 11:00 a.m. at the House of Refuge Church with Rev. David Hardy officiating and Rev. James Hawkins as eulogist. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of Haynes Mortuary.
