Obituary

Dorothy Sue Weeks of Texarkana, Arkansas, age 81, was called to her eternal home on June 19, 2020.

Dot, as many called her, was born in Greenwood, Mississippi. She loved and adopted everyone inside and outside the family.  She had a "spunky" personality, to say the least.  Everyone loved to hear her stories and if you caught her on a good day, she might even do a little jig. On any given day, you could catch her at home cleaning from sun up to sun down. Her doors were always open for family and friends. If they needed a place to stay or just come visit, she would never turn anyone down.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Minnie Beckham; her husband, Dennis; three brothers, Burtis, Glenn and Jessie Beckham; one sister, Earline Lishman; one sister in law, Betty Beckham; one brother in law, Charles Harris.

She leaves behind to remember her always:
Brothers: Bobby, James, Ricky and Walter Beckham
Sisters: Mary Harris, Hazel Kidd (husband Odie)
Daughter and Son in Law: Romona and Paul Hensley
Granddaughter and Grandson in Law: Alisha and Brandon Wilson
Grandson and Granddaughter in Law: Michael and Brea Hensley
10 Great Grandchildren
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
