Druey Arnold Daniel, age 63, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in a Texarkana hospital following a long illness.  Druey was born on June 6, 1957 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Jesse Holland Daniel and Nanny Jeanette Hall Daniel. Druey was a 1976 graduate of Atlanta High School and a member of Good Exchange Baptist Church of McLeod, Texas. He was an avid fisherman and took pleasure in dancing to live country music.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Roger Weems; and sisters, Rebecca Daniel Mitchell and Joyce Daniel Hodges.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Reagan Daniel of Texarkana; son Jaryd and Melissa Daniel of Camden, Arkansas; brothers, Louis and Barbie Weems of Atlanta, Texas, Jesse and Janet Daniel of Atlanta, Texas and Kenneth and Jill Daniel of Pearland, Texas; granddaughter Rosalee; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Good Exchange Baptist Church located at 314 County Road 4567, McLeod, Texas with Rev. Jill Daniel officiating.  Visitation will follow the service.
