Eddie Lee Crowell, Sr. was born in Corley, TX on February 23, 1955 to the parents of Sherman and Alice Richardson and his birth father Kay W. Henderson, Sr. Eddie passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Crowell is a member of Mt. Obie Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather, his wife – Johnnie Faye Crowell and a brother Don Henderson.

Survivors include: his son – Eddie Lee Crowell, Jr. (Wendy) of Redwater, TX; his daughter – Molina Crowell of Texarkana, TX; his grandchildren - Azandria "Zan" Mathews, Kamaria "Kam" Solomon, Tyris Crowell and Hayden Crowell; three brothers – Dwayne Henderson of Beaumont, CA; Kay W. Henderson, Jr. of Apple Valley, CA and Ken Henderson of Moreno Valley, CA; three sisters – Ethel Campbell (Willie) of Madison, AL; Linnett Crump (Curtis) of Texarkana, TX and Ladawn Lewis (Edward) of Texarkana, TX and a Special friend – Edna of Texarkana, AR.

Graveside services will be Thursday, May 7 ^th at 3:00 p.m. at Arkadelphia Cemetery in New Boston, TX under the direction of Haynes Mortuary. Viewing will be Wednesday, May 6 ^th from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon at the mortuary. Rev. Jimmy Crowell is the officiant.
