Reverend Eddie Estell was born on September 29, 1941 to Bill Estell and Dessie Estell in Texarkana, AR. He attended and graduated from Hooks Colored High School. He met and married Gloria Helen Walton Estell and to this union three sons were born. Later in life, he met and married Jessie Mae Hayes Estell and to this union came nine stepchildren.

At an early age Reverend Estell gave his life to Christ at Red Bank Baptist Church and in his early 20s he preached his 1st sermon at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Hooks, TX. Later he became an Ordained minister At Red Bank Baptist Church April 20, 1975. On January 2nd 1986 he was given the honor to become pastor of Royal Chapel Baptist Church of Foreman Arkansas and retired in the Spring of 2020. Reverend Estell believed in hard work. He started his working career at Coca-Cola and shortly after transitioned to Red River Army Depot where he was a truck driver on the Depot until he retired in 2006.

Reverend Estell transitioned from his earthly life on Wednesday May 24, 2023 at the age of 81 in Texarkana, TX. His parents, his first wife Gloria Estell, second wife Jessie Mae Estell, daughter Gloria Campbell, his siblings Willie "Baby Ray" Estell, Mary "Sista" Estell, Levada "Lee" Estell Mathis, Manchie "Joe Boy" Estell, Collins Estell, all preceded him in death.

He leaves to his memories to: his 5 sons, David Estell (Stacie) (Dallas, TX), Eddie R. Estell (LaTasha), Andre Estell (Chasity) and Patrick Davis (Hooks, TX), William Davis (Wichita, Kansas); six daughters, Dyeann Berry (Texarkana, TX), Cynthia Fagan (Hooks, TX), Jacqueline Davis, Sonya Rowe (Billy) (Longview, TX), Carolyn Johnson (Fayetteville, NC) and Kimberly Davis (Dallas, TX); sister, Carlotta Estell; sisters-in-law, Lena Mae Hayes and Valerie Estell (Texarkana, TX).
He also leaves 36 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
