Elnora Strickland Stewart was born March 15, 1934 in Garland City, Arkansas to the late Joseph and Rosie Strickland.
She was a 1953 Honor Graduate of Washington High School, Texarkana, Arkansas.
In following the Family practice, she was a Professional Hairdresser. She retired from Nursing at Wadley Regional Medical Center with 34 years of service.
She joined Church at an early age and later united with Macedonia Baptist Church, Texarkana, Texas where she served in various capacities until her health declined.
She was preceded in death by both parents, nine siblings, her husband, the late Charles H. Stewart, Sr., and her great granddaughter, Jayla Hampton.
On December 2, 2023, God saw fit to call Elnora into a life of eternal rest.
