Felicia Thomas 48 of Texarkana, TX passed away November 15, 2019 in a local hospital. Felicia was born February 10, 1971 in Texarkana, TX to the union of Howard Dixon and Arlene LeGardye. She graduated from Texas High School in 1989 and attended Apollo College where she received a degree in Medical Administration in 2006. She was a member of Mount Grove Baptist Church but later attended Holy Temple COGIC.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Roleshia Dixon, husband Gerald Cooks and a brother, Laquinton Johnson.

She is survived by her husband - Cornell Thomas; three daughters – Shaytierra Dixon, Breia Dixon and RaShaunda Dixon; four grandchildren – Mariah Lee, Lanaya Glover, Leah Dixon and Colby Glover, Jr. her siblings – Howard and Shanell Dixon of New Mexico, Theresa and Harmon Strickland of Texarkana, TX, Jimmy Dixon of New Mexico, Henrietta and Byron Bolden of Texarkana, TX; Kizzie and Earnest Kellum of Tulsa, OK; Turkieshieyia and Jason Weaver of Texarkana. TX and twelve other siblings as well a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Services directed by Haynes Mortuary will be Saturday, November 23 ^rd at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Temple COGIC with Superintendent Dr. Rockridge Hannah officiating. Visitation will be today from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
