Kenneth Ray Walker 71 of Wake Village, TX.

Born:  August 19, 1951 in Texarkana, AR

Parents:  The late Sam and Roberta Baker Walker

Church Affiliation:  Joined Walker Chapel CME Church at an early age; currently a member of Hickory Hill Baptist Church

Education:  Graduate of Washington High School, graduate of Southern State College (currently - Southern Arkansas University) BBA graduate of East Texas State University, Texarkana MBA

Occupation:  Retired with 31 years of service with the Federal Government at Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant; Haynes Mortuary, Inc.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his daughter Kimberly L. Walker-Kimbrough.

Kenneth passed away on Saturday, September 3rd at his residence.

Those left to cherish is memory: Wife of 26 years Valencia Walker, son Christopher Walker (Jessica), stepchildren TaMika (Christian) and Square Watson III, grandchildren Londyn, Nathan, Kadence, Asjah and Carter, his sister Melba Walker Perkins and his brother Michael Walker, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, September 9th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Funeral service will be Saturday, September 10th at 11:00 a.m. at Hickory Hill Baptist Church with Rev. James O. Hood officiating. Burial will be at the Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
