Kevin Rashon Fagan, a devoted father, son, brother, and friend to many, was born on September 26, 1980, in Texarkana, Texas, to the late Clarene Strong Fagan and John Fagan.

Kevin attended both Liberty-Eylau and Texarkana ISD schools throughout his childhood and teenage years, graduating from Texas High School in 1999.

He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Macedonia Baptist Church in Texarkana, Texas.
Throughout his childhood and teenage years, Kevin was well known for his athletic talent on the football field, the track, and the baseball diamond. He proudly played Dixie League Baseball at Spring Lake Park, where his passion for sports and competitive spirit shined brightly.
Kevin worked full-time at Red River Army Depot as a painter, where he was admired for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and unforgettable sense of humor that could brighten any room.
In his spare time, Kevin dedicated himself to pouring into the next generation through his love of football and mentorship. He faithfully served as a coach for several youth football teams throughout the Texarkana area, leaving a lasting impact on the many young people he encouraged, guided, and inspired.
Kevin transitioned from his earthly body on April 28th, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarene Strong Fagan and John Fagan.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, May 8th from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. at the mortuary.

Funeral service for Kevin R Fagan will be Saturday, May 9th at 11:00A.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church    -   158 Payton Road
