Michael Haywood was born December 13, 1964 to the late Asa Haywood and Virginia Crutchfield Haywood in New Boston, Texas. He graduated from New Boston High School and later went on to be a mechanic. Michael departed this life on Monday, April 13, 2020.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his spouse – Kimberly Stroman of Sims, TX; his stepson – Mason Stroman of Sims, TX; two brothers – Gregory Haywood (Versie) and Robert Haywood (Beverly) both of New Boston, TX; four sisters – Emma Casteel (Eddie) and Dorothy Casteel of New Boston, TX and Eva Artopee of Patterson, NJ and Janet Richie (Charles) of Mililani, HI; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services directed by Haynes Mortuary, Inc. are scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at French Cemetery in Tom, OK with Pastor Robert Easter officiating.
