Mr. Robert High was born January 7, 1949 in Texarkana, Texas to the late Mrs. Esther High and the late Mr. Roland High and reared in Michigan. He served in Vietnam through the United States Marine Corps. He then returned to Boston, Massachusetts and then migrated to California. He married Johnnie, returned to Texarkana, and built his castle in the country. There he lived happily ever after.

He loved his daughters, Top Ladies of Distinction, Red Dirt Master Gardeners, and volunteering as a tax preparer. Robert was and still is "One in a million".

Remembering him always will be: wife, Johnnie; daughters, Davida and Jordan; brother, John; sisters-in-law, Michelle, Patsy, and Deidra; grandchildren, Danieya, Rian, and James; and great-grandchild, Axsoul.
