On February 11, 1967, Steven Fitzgerald Hall was born to Elizabeth Webb and Hamp Hall, Sr. Steve accepted Christ at an early age and was a graduate of Arkansas High School class of 1986. He also attended   Texarkana College where he made the Dean's List twice.

In 1988, Steven met and married Pamela Burns. To this union two    children were born. He was employed at the Oak at Rosehill as a maintenance supervisor until his health failed.

Steven departed this earthly life on Saturday, September 11, 2021. He was preceded in death by his step-father, John Webb, Sr., and his father, Hamp Hall, Sr.

Steven leaves to cherish lasting memories: his loving wife, Pamela Hall of Texarkana, TX; two daughters, Brittany Burns (Michelle Gant) and  Ashley Burns of Texarkana, TX; nephews, Trevon Nash and Stephen Dunn of Texarkana, AR; brothers, John Webb of Shreveport, LA, and Ronald Webb and Donald Webb of St. Louis, MO; sister, Connie Hall of Texarkana, TX; brothers, Tim Hall, Greg Hall, Pat Hall, Corey Hall and Hamp Hall; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will greatly miss him.
