Timothy R. Hopkins, Sr. was born to Dennis and Faye Hopkins on April 1, 1956 in Texarkana, Arkansas. Mr. Hopkins sat on the Chamber of Commerce, had rental property and worked for the battery plant, Globe Union.

On September 22, 2020 Mr. Hopkins joined his loved ones who went home to be with the Lord.

Mr. Hopkins is survived by his two sons and one daughter-in-law: Timothy Noble "TJ" and Timothy R. Hopkins, Jr. and his wife Lanett Hopkins; his siblings: Sharon Satcher White, Denice M. Hopkins, Janet G. Williams, Dennis E. Hopkins and Edna C. Hampton.

Memorial services for Mr. Hopkins will be Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Haynes Mortuary.
