Vincent Howard Hubbard was born to the parentage of William Fred Hubbard and Mary Ellen Jones on December 17, 1949 in Texarkana, Texas. He later relocated to Texarkana, AR where Fannie Nash raised him to adulthood.
Vincent attended school in Texarkana, Arkansas graduating from Booker T. Washington High School in 1966.
Vincent joined the United Stated Marine Corps and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. While serving, Vincent earned the following awards: National Defense Service Medal, RVN Cross of Gallantry, Civic Action Ribbon, Vietnamese Service Medal, Naval Achievement Medal, Vietnamese Campaign Medial and Combat Action Ribbon.
After returning stateside, Vincent married and continued his career in the fields of trucking, construction and general labor.
Vincent was proceeded in death by his parents: William Fred Hubbard, Mary Ellen Jones and Fannie Nash; his siblings: WIlliam Hubbard, Jr. Clarence James Hubbard, Lucille Williams, Mable Baker and Ola Henderson.
Vincent leaves a legacy of children, grandchildren, great grandchildren along with a host of family and friends whom will continue to cherish the amazing memories he made.
Leaving to cherish his memory are his daughters: Andrea Smith, Sabrina Stewart, Charaunda Hubbard, Maria Hubbard; his grandchildren: Courtney Aubrey, Jr., Ayden Howard, Joshua Stewart, Veronica Crabtree, Jamekeiah Crabtree, Jazmine Hubbard, Akeelah Hill and Justyce Steitler; 5 great grandchildren; his beloved Linda Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
