Wanda Faye Willis was born on March 10, 1959 to the late Andrew Atkins Sr. & Mable Atkins. She attended Arkansas High School and graduated with Honors in 1977. She also attended Texarkana College where she majored in Arts. She was employed in the Food Service Industry for over 40yrs.

She was married to Joe L. Willis on December 25th, 1987. Wanda was a sincere, kind, and giving person. She was a great wife, mother, daughter, sister, and manager.

She is preceded in death by her father, the late Andrew Atkins Sr. as well as 3 brothers (Howard, Andrew Jr, and Willie James).

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband Joe L. Willis; her children, Kristy Atkins & Alysha Willis of Texarkana, TX, Michael (Terri) Atkins of DeKalb, TX, and Andrew Willis of Texarkana, TX, as well as Joe Jr (Jackie), Sallie, Henry (Carolyn), Edward (Melinda), Stephanie, Jackie, Lawrence, and Darren (Hope) Willis. She leaves to cherish: her mother, Mable Atkins; 4 sisters, Betty (James), Rosie (Charles), Barbara, and Janet (James); 3 brothers, Rodger (Nellie), Anthony (Monica), and Kenneth (LaKeisha). Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends

A celebration of life for Wanda Willis will be 11:00AM Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the Mt. Grove Baptist Church. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00-7:00PM at the funeral home.
